שיוטא
שִׁיּוּטָאm. (שוּט) swimming. Yoma 77b (expl. מי שחו Ez. 47:5) ש׳ שכן קורין לשַׁיָּיטָאוכ׳ (Ms. M. שייטא), corr. acc.) ‘water for swimming, for thus they call the swimmer sayyaḥa, v. סַחְיָיא; Yalk. Ez. 381 שייטא (corr. acc.).Y.Shek.VI, 50a top לשיוטא, v. שַׁיָּטָא.).
